All sizes available on the site reflect our actual stock. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order a size or a model that is not on the site.

Below most of the products, the size of the model, the size of the garment or the size of the shoes will be mentioned.

We accept the following payments:

– VISA and MASTERCARD bank cards

– APPLE PAY

– Cash on delivery (only in Abidjan)

Our prices are expressed in CFA francs. If you wish to change the prices in euros or dollars please click on the currency at the top right of your screen. 

After validating your order and your payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In the event that a product is no longer available, we will contact you to notify you and proceed with the refund of this product.

You will receive a notification upon receipt of payment for your order.

You will be informed when your order has been dispatched and you will be sent an email to confirm receipt of your merchandise.

o Abidjan: Delivery the same day for an order placed before 11am. Home delivery the next day before 5 p.m. for all orders placed after 11 a.m.

o In Côte d'Ivoire outside Abidjan: delivery to a relay point by NUNDI CI costs 2,500 FCFA and it takes a maximum of 4 days.  

o Internationally, delivery is made by DHL within a maximum of 7 days. The delays depend on each destination. Do not hesitate to contact us for any additional information. 

We are in partnership with NUNDI in Ivory Coast and DHL for the international, We are therefore able to deliver to all the countries served by these 2 carriers, i.e. more than 200 countries.

Purchase in stores:

Couleur Concept allows you to exchange or obtain a refund for unworn and unwashed clothing, beauty products and fashion accessories intact in their original packaging, still bearing their original labels, up to 3 days from from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the receipt.

For hygiene reasons, bath items and earrings will not be returned or exchanged.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the purchase was made by credit card, the refund will be made by bank transfer and it is mandatory that the customer presents the receipt, the credit card receipt and the same card used for the purchase.

If the purchase was made by cash or mobile money, the refund will be made by cash or mobile money.

Items paid for with a Couleur Concept gift voucher can only give rise to an exchange for a value equal to or greater than that of the initial purchase.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How it works ?

Apply online in the "my account" area.

In the "returns and exchanges" section, select the relevant order and choose the items you wish to return. Indicate if you want an exchange, a credit or a refund. In the case of an exchange, please specify in the "comments" box the size desired. We will then send you by e-mail within 48 hours a return authorization number as well as the address where to return the items to us.

Some deliveries may be subject to import charges unrelated to Couleur Concept. In this case, we suggest that you contact your country's customs office directly for further information.
