Terms of Sales

These general conditions of sale govern all relations between the company SARL COULEUR CONCEPT, hereinafter "COULEUR CONCEPT", and the customers of the site www.couleurconcept.com, hereinafter "the customer".

Prior to any transaction, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions and expressly declares to accept them when he clicks on the "Send order" button.

Article 1: Special conditions of sale

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the special conditions of sale set out on the screen (name, price, quantity, color, particularities of the products, cost of the services) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.

Article 2: Validity of the order

The offer present on the website www.couleurconcept.com is aimed at individuals who have a postal address in Côte d'Ivoire, in the member states of ECOWAS and in the rest of the world.

Article 3: Registration and confirmation of the order

COULEUR CONCEPT confirms receipt of an order by an email entitled "Confirmation of your order".

However, the sale will not be concluded until the confirmation of the order by COULEUR CONCEPT, in an email entitled “Dispatch of your order”.

COULEUR CONCEPT reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, relating in particular to the availability of the products, a problem concerning the order received, an abnormal order, a foreseeable problem concerning the delivery to be made, or a dispute relating to a previous order. In this case, COULEUR CONCEPT will inform the customer within a reasonable time after registration of the order, and will immediately refund the customer.

In case of unavailability of one of the products of an order, the rest of the order is shipped.

Article 4 : Price

COULEUR CONCEPT reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in force which will have been indicated at the time of placing the order, subject to their availability on that date.

Sale products will not be taken back or exchanged.

Article 5 : Methods of payment and security

Payment is made only by credit card on a secure banking server.

Article 6 : Retention of title

The products remain the property of COULEUR CONCEPT until full payment of the order.

Article 7 : Terms and delivery times

A maximum period of 10 working days after the registration of the order may be necessary to ship the order. The ordered product is shipped by DHL or other tracked postal circuit to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

The costs of participation in the shipment of the order are payable for the member states of ECOWAS (except the city of Abidjan Cote d'Ivoire), Europe and the rest of the world.

Article 8 : Intellectual property

The customer is prohibited from copying or downloading all or part of the content of the www.couleurconcept.com site without the prior and express authorization of COULEUR CONCEPT, which remains the sole owner of all the intellectual property rights relating thereto.

Article 9 : Applicable right

These general conditions of sale are subject to the law and jurisdictions of Côte d'Ivoire.
