Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Buying in stores:
Couleur Concept allows you to exchange or obtain a refund for unworn and
unwashed clothing and fashion accessories intact in their original packaging, still bearing their original labels, up to 3 days from the date of purchase, upon
presentation of the receipt or the order number.
For hygiene reasons, swimming items and earrings will not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. If the purchase was made by credit card, the refund will be made by bank transfer
and it is mandatory that the customer presents the receipt, the credit card receipt and the same card used for the purchase.
If the purchase was made by cash or mobile money, the refund will be made by cash or mobile money.
The items paid with a Couleur Concept gift card cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Couleur Concept only exchanges or refunds you when you receive something
different (style, size, color etc..) from what you ordered AND the item is unworn/
unused AND you notify Couleur Concept the day you receive your order.
